"I would like to take this opportunity to commend you and your staff at James A. Cummings, Inc. for the work performed on this project. Having been familiar with your reputation, I am not surprised that the facility opened three months early.  It is a rare occasion to have a project subjected to difficult construction constraints and tight completion deadlines and still maintain such quality workmanship."
