PROJECT SPECIFICS

Project Scope: 

This two-phased, replacement school project consisted of the construction of a new 221,400 square foot building which incorporates 2 small existing buildings (from the original school) in the footprint of the new building. It is tilt-up construction with precast concrete joist and concrete slab roofs. A portion of the building is designated as an Enhance Hurricane Protection Area (EHPA). The second phase of the project consisted of demolition of the existing school and new playfields, courts, and parent drop off loop.
