The project consists of site development and design of a "green" LEED Certified building. It is 94,320 s.f. and includes a visitor center, engineering electric library & student center, student design & innovation center, engineering conference room and studio, distance learning classrooms, auditorium, offices, teaching & research laboratories (wet & dry) energy lab, environmental lab, and machine and electronic shop and technician support areas.
