Project Scope: 

Designed for Silver LEED Certification, this six level parking garage features a 9,000 s.f. integrated Traffic/Parking Division liner building. This contemporary design features a 2-story glass customer service arcade and outdoor queuing for students requiring parking permits. The triangular shape of the building conforms to the road while providing an urban edge to the campus. The garage is precast concrete with brick accents at the vertical core while the liner building is punctuated in brick with white concrete accents and white window frames.
