Project Scope: 

This building is used by Memorial Healthcare System\\\'s Information Technology staff and was built to accommodate future floors. It is a concrete/precast/concrete block structure with banded stucco finish, spandrel panels and membrane and tile panel roofs. It includes computer access flooring and compressor compound, a new underground water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage; new underground diesel fuel tanks; new parking and asphalt areas and other site improvements. The new facility is also an Enhanced Hurricane Protection Area to withstand Hurrican 5 force winds.
