Project Scope: 

The South Creek Middle School (Meadow Woods Middle School Relief) is a prototypical design by Schenkel Shultz Architecture built in South Orlando.  The $25 million new school consists of design capacity for 1,400 students, with an eight-building configuration surrounding an open courtyard.  Construction took less than 14 months, spanning from April 2005 through May 2006. The project was finished two weeks ahead of schedule.
