Project Scope: 

This new one-story middle school shares an overall campus with Wolf Lake Elementary School. The project consists of construction of a relief facility for the existing Piedmont Lakes Middle School. The project is to be a one-story prototype middle school reflecting the District’s “right-sizing” criteria. Design capacity is approximately 1,534 student stations to house a maximum enrollment of approximately 1,380 students.
