PROJECT SPECIFICS

Project Scope: 

The new two story elementary school shares an overall campus with the Piedmont Middle School Campus. It will include site utilities, new parking areas, and landscaping. The main building was constructed of a concrete tilt-wall panel system, with interior and exterior finishes. The school consists of Student Classrooms on Both levels, a Multi-CCTV Center, Art-Music Center, Administration Center, Kitchen, and Dinning areas that totals 92,613 S.F. There is a covered, outside play area off the west side of the main building, along with a play field and baseball diamond. When completed this facility will have 860 student stations and have a 2826 total occupancy.
