Project Scope: 

Hialeah Gardens Senior High School (State School JJJ) is located on 56 acres, off Okeechobee Road and Hialeah Gardens Boulevard. It is approximately 350,000 SF on a seven building campus to house over 2,800 students. James A. Cummings, Inc. is responsible for the entire 56 acres. The project includes extensive sitework, including clearing and grubbing, unsuitable soil removal (over 10,000 truck loads), and structural fill import (over 35,000 truck loads).
