Project Scope: 

This 14-story high end luxury mid-rise on the last piece of developable private beachfront property in Ft. Lauderdale is considered an environmentally sensitive site with a sea turtle hatchery and historical seafront dune restoration requirement. This post tension cast in place concrete structure has 63 spacious condominiums located within the 13 floors and 156,500 square feet of plush residential build out. The two story on grade garage features a state-of-the-art electronic car parking and retrieval system. 

Other amenities include a 3,000 square ft. swimming pool with private locker room, private beachfront cabanas, rooftop sundeck garden, exercise rooms, entertainment/media room, complete concierge and valet service for all homeowners and 63,000 square feet of private ocean front.
