PROJECT SPECIFICS

Project Scope: 

This seven story, 1,421,000 s.f. precast concrete parking structure includes all related site improvements as well as the construction of both vehicular bridges to tie this garage into an adjacent parking structure as well as a pedestrian bridge which ties into the existing Airport Terminal. To facilitate use of this pedestrian bridge, two elevators as well as five stair towers were also constructed. This project also included related revisions to existing electrical, water and drainage systems as required.

Additional work items within this project included related structural steel framing and railings, required sealants and coatings, signage and directional signage, new toll booths, landscaping and irrigation, pedestrian bridge interior finishes, garage lighting, fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems, along with minor revisions to the adjacent existing parking garage as required to accommodate this new garage.
