McArthur High School

This project was a phased replacement high school built on an occupied campus. Phase I of the project consisted of new construction of a 59,519 SF 3-story classroom building, 11,279 SF locker building, 2,383 SF music building, and a 3,017 SF physical plant. It also included the renovation of the 4,257 SF JROTC building. Phase II consisted of the addition of a new 2-story 22,898 SF classroom building, while a new student drop-off area and parking lot improvements was provided for during Phase III.
