Dillard High School

The first phase of this project included a new 16,000 square foot administration building, a 48,000 square foot media and technology classroom building, a central energy plant serving the entire campus, and the renovation of 13,000 square feet of existing buildings. The second phase consisted of a new 125,000 square foot performing arts classroom building that included music and art laboratories, a black box theater, a recital hall and a state-of-the-art theater with a full working stage. This new facility offers rehearsal, performance and exhibition space for more than 600 students and includes an impressive 650-seat theater, a 2,500 square foot art gallery, a 4,000 square foot black box theater, a 250-seat music recital hall, three dance studios, five visual arts studios, two vocal studios, band and orchestra suites, a piano laboratory, two acting studios, a music theater laboratory, a green room, a conference room and administration spaces.
