FAU College of Business

This project consisted of the construction of a new 4-story College of Business building along with partial demolition and complete interior renovations to three existing buildings. In addition, a 3-story atrium area was constructed to connect the entire College of Business Complex.  The Atrium is an integral component for the College of Business as both faculty and students use this as a collaboration area. Included within this Atrium is the Food Service Court to service the College of Business students and faculty. While this new building is primarily dedicated to teaching laboratories along with both traditional and tiered classroom spaces, it includes an extensive distribution system of computer networking. The Dean’s Office Suite occupies nearly 40% of the third floor and contains both support staff and administrative staff offices along with conference rooms and counseling offices. The largest of these buildings that were renovated was Fleming Hall which is primarily dedicated to classroom, faculty offices, and teaching laboratories. The Business East and Business West buildings were also dedicated to faculty offices.
