College degree; Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction; entails the performance of administrative duties at a construction jobsite under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Operations.
College degree; entails the performance of administrative duties at a construction jobsite under the direct supervision of the Project Manager and Superintendent. Position requires a person with basic construction knowledge, computer skills, initiative and the ability to perform tasks accurately.
Minimum 10 years experience in commercial construction; entails the performance of field duties at a construction jobsite under the direct supervision of the Project Manager. Position requires supervision of all hourly labor and field foreman in addition to all subcontractors’ foremen.
Basic clerical skills required. Construction background preferred.
College degree in related field; skilled in computer estimating. Minimum 10 years experience. Must be able to perform complete quantity surveys and estimates. CM at Risk and Design/Build experience preferred. Presentation and speaking skills are essential.
